THE SECURITY OF OUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE THE COVID-19 IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR US, FOR THIS REASON, ALL OUR SERVICES CAN BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE (RESTRICTIONS APPLY) AND YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND
According to the Terms and Conditions, the customer must request the cancellation of the service via email, we need customer information such as name, surname, email and voucher number, we may request additional information such as a copy of the payment and the mobile number.
Before requesting cancellation, please note the following.
Cancel 72 hours before the service, you will receive a 100%.
Cancel 48 hours before the service, you will receive a 50%.
Cancel the same day or 24 hours before, does not apply for reimbursement due to expenses incurred for your arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel the service and it is not applicable for refund if you do not show up at the scheduled time and do not notify possible changes, when this happens you will be notified and you will have to book the service again if required.
After the cancellation is approved, we will proceed to make the refund to the account that made the payment at the time of booking, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
By paying with PayPal you can receive an instant refund within 24 hours.
Paying by credit or debit card the estimated time is 24 hours, however, in our system we make the refund and the issuing bank is the one who decides how long the operation will take, if you have any problem please contact your bank.
